Kohkan is a large flower variety. It has a long variegated leafed vine 6 to 8 feet tall. The blooms are dark pink with a dark ray and a white margin. Raising from seeds: Lightly nick and soak 3 or 4 hrs. Plant 3/8″ depth in new seed starter if you want to be sure and  prevent fungus rot. Seedlings will transplant just fine from 3″ pots if done with within 2 weeks. Height: 6 to 8 feet Sun:  Full Water and soil: Rich, loamy,well-drained Bloom time:  Summer through about 8 to 12 weeks then plant dies going to seed
